Does Skeem offer a free trial of paid plans?
With Skeem, you get a free, no-obligation 15-day trial. You can stop at any time. Three days before the end of the trial period, an email will be sent to you to remind you to make a choice.
How does the Skeem free trial work?
To sign up for Skeem's free trial, you'll need to enter your contact and billing information, but you won't be charged during the free trial period. Billing will begin once your trial period is over. Once the 15-day trial period has elapsed, you will be automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription and billed for the coming month.
Do my projects disappear at the end of the trial period?
Your test will not be deleted after the 15-day trial period. You can pick up where you left off after the 15-day trial period by subscribing to a plan.
Can I subscribe to an annual plan?
You can of course subscribe to Skeem on an annual basis. We set up a customized plan that offers you 2 months over the whole year. Contact us at hello@skeem.io
Is the Skeem subscription binding?
Subscription to Skeem is without obligation. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will run until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
What is an active project, an archived project?
An active project is one on which you can interact with all participants. An archived project is a frozen project on which participants can no longer interact. However, all the content (media, organization and comment) remains present, your project is completely saved and you can reactivate it at any time.
Does an archived project free up space in my plan?
Yes, the project archive frees up space in your plan. In this way, you can optimize the use of your plan, avoiding the need to move to the next higher plan in the event of overlap. Example: you have 3 active projects. You archive 1 project. You only have 2 active projects left, so you can create a new active project and start a new production run without going to the next level.
Does the advertised price include local and national taxes?
The price shown does not include local and national taxes. The price does not include VAT if you are a resident of the European Union (IOSS-OSS). Your invoice will show all taxes included in the price.
How does Skeem invoice its customers?
Billing and payment take place at the beginning of each billing period. The billing period lasts one month.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
You can change planes whenever you like and as many times as you like, whether to take a lower or higher plane. rnWhen you change plans, billing is prorated according to time. rn
How does the prorating of my subscription work when I change plans?
When we talk about pro rata billing, we mean pro rata time. Let's take the example of a customer who upgrades his subscription. From €10 per month to €20 per month, an amount corresponding to the time spent on each plan will be billed. If the change occurs in the middle of the billing cycle, the customer is billed an additional €5: €5 for the unused period billed at the original rate, and €10 for the remaining period billed at the new rate. The prorata also works for the transition to the lower plane. In this case, Skeem owes you the amount calculated and immediately credits your account with a credit note.
